Key Requirements

• Strong Experience in Architecture Level Documentation, Use Case Diagrams, Visual Diagrams, Use case documentation & Product Concept Documentation.
• Ideal candidates would seamlessly switch from the role of a manager to a troubleshooter on technical issues or roadblocks.
• Experience in Java/MongoDB/Kafka is a must.
• Review Merge requests, and provide code improvement insights.
• Review and analyse CI / CD pipeline and deployment issues.
• Contribute to Software Development and Coding Standards.
• Proven working experience in project management as a technical manager.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong technical acumen combined with sharp problem-solving skills is a must.
• Career Growth from Developer to Tech Lead is preferred.
• Familiarity with user identity management products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms would be a plus
• Manage stakeholder communication and client interactions with a strong focus on increased consulting engagement.
• Use Agile project methodology to drive daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and backlog review.
