Your Daily Work
- Handle Customer support requests for our Cloud Based Identity Management Software Product
- Speak to Customers in Germany and other global locations, and understand their request
- Coordinate with on-call team and respond to customer in acceptable manner and time frame
- Coordinate with internal product engineering team as well as product stake holders
- Upkeep of excellent global image of a world class software product
- Maintain Customer Experience and expectations in the Happy Quadrant

- Highly proficient in Spoken and written German and English
- Detail oriented and ability to understand technical troubleshooting of software products
- Enthusiastic about problem solving and Customer interaction and support
- Capabilities to work with product engineering teams to understand system and alerts
- Ability to identify and escalate priorities and customer urgency to right internal resources
- Strong Problem- Solving Skills and systematic in approach
