Your Daily Work

  • Handle Customer support requests for our Cloud Based Identity Management Software Product
  • Speak to Customers in Germany and other global locations, and understand their request
  • Coordinate with on-call team and respond to customer in acceptable manner and time frame
  • Coordinate with internal product engineering team as well as product stake holders
  • Upkeep of excellent global image of a world class software product
  • Maintain Customer Experience and expectations in the Happy Quadrant

  • Highly proficient in Spoken and written German and English
  • Detail oriented and ability to understand technical troubleshooting of software products
  • Enthusiastic about problem solving and Customer interaction and support
  • Capabilities to work with product engineering teams to understand system and alerts
  • Ability to identify and escalate priorities and customer urgency to right internal resources
  • Strong Problem- Solving Skills and systematic in approach
