Your area of responsibility

• You will be responsible for finding new talent for our team - coordinating the entire process from application to hiring.
• At HR trade fairs, you represent our company confidently and find the right talent.
• Together with the respective departments you select the suitable candidates for us.
• You will oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees in accordance with required procedures and policies.
• You can demonstrate your creativity in the area of employer branding and the further development of our employee satisfaction and retention measures.
• You maintain the personnel files of colleagues and ensure a smooth recruiting process.

Your profile, what convinces us

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in HR or comparable training.
• You have initial professional experience in the areas of HR, recruiting and employer branding (ideally in a software environment).
• You also have experience in supervising and onboarding and offboarding employees, know the procedures and policies.
• A high level of self-motivation, creativity and a proactive way of working are a matter of course for you.
• You have a confident and winning manner and enjoy dealing with people.
• You have fluent written and spoken German and English and are not afraid of daily meetings in English.
• As a senior, we also welcome in-depth knowledge and experience in active sourcing and employer branding.
