IoT Munich on 27.10.16: The definitive guide to the Physical Web

Over the last two years our smartphones gained silently the ability to use a thing called the physical web. This ability will change the way how we interact with our environment in the physical world.
But beyond the usual marketing buzzwords the rise of the physical web imposes some real questions: What is the physical web and why do we need it? Which usecases are imaginable? How to we program for the physical web? How can physical web applications be implemented and tested? What skills do we need for that? Which knowledge is mandatory about hardware, frameworks, tools and protocols to build physical web applications?

This talk provides a technical overview to give developers the background that is needed to dive into programming for the physical web.
